Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
Yes — a card is required to start the trial, but nothing is charged until day 15. Cancel any time before then and you won't be billed.
What's the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic gives you all 19 live SaaS EDL feeds, 24 threat intel feeds, all 14 security tools, and all network calculators (subnet, CIDR, CVSS, hash, Base64, JWT, SPF/DMARC and more). Pro adds firewall/VPN/router, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 config auditing — upload a Palo Alto, Cisco, FortiGate, Check Point, Sophos, AD or M365 export and get a scored security report with exact remediation steps.
Does my firewall config get uploaded to your servers?
No. The config audit tool runs entirely in your browser. Your config files are never sent to our servers — all parsing and analysis is done locally in JavaScript.
Can I use feed URLs directly in my firewall?
Yes. Once subscribed, you can copy authenticated feed URLs from the dashboard and paste them into your firewall's External Dynamic List settings. The URL includes your session token so the firewall can poll it automatically.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription any time from the Stripe customer portal link in your account. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. We never store your payment details ourselves.
What is the Annual plan?
The Pro Annual plan gives you everything in Pro — all feeds, threat intel, security tools and firewall/VPN/router config auditing — billed as a single $499.99 payment per year. That works out to ~$41.67/month, saving about $220 versus monthly billing. You also get priority email support.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, email admin@auditxa.com for a full refund.
